  9. The shareware version (only) may distributed thru authorized distributors,
  10. BBSes, CD-ROMs, etc. Call EZX regarding distribution authorization.

  12. The registered version is available only from EZX.

  14. Shareware means that individuals may freely copy and distribute this software
  15. as long as it is in its entirety. It also means that your are required to
  16. "register" it (i.e. pay for the right to use it with a clear conscience)

  25. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:

  27. 1. Shareware Editions of EZX products must be distributed in
  28.   their *entirety*, without any modifications or deletions.

  30. 2. EZX shareware product may NOT be distributed by any "for-profit" entity
  31.   which does not disclose the following points in their literature:

  33.      * The fee paid for the evaluation disk is a distribution fee to
  34.        cover the vendors distribution and marketing costs.  It does
  35.        not cover the cost of the program itself.
  36.  
  37.      * Additional payment to the Author is required if the program is
  38.        used beyond the evaluation period given by the Author.

  40. 3. EZX products (shareware editions) are NOT to be packaged for sale with
  41.    reference manuals, or other supporting documentation pre-printed for
